Customer satisfaction / Customer loyalty surveys
  • Build an in-house survey to measure customer transactional and emotional satisfaction through online, phone, written or face to face survey methods
  • Help organise / run focus groups, mystery shopping, etc.
  • Or, help you work with a third party provider / external research company to obtain customer satisfaction information
Customer journey / Moment mapping:
  • Run sessions with team to map customer's journey - identify gaps in service, help teams understand who their customers are, what service they provide and how successful it is and decide on what and when to make changes - empower and involve your employees
  • Either present findings and hand over to internal team for follow up
  • Or, Help teams put in place action plans and tools through which to monitor their success
